Capitol Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our Construction Services and Maintenance division. This full-time role covers cost estimating, project management, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to define scope and deliverables.

You will conduct site visits, maintain project documentation, and aim to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong software skills and communication are essential, with PMP or AACE certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and managing service and construction projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relevant certifications (PMP, AACE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
