Job summary

O'Neil Printing is seeking a Commercial Print Estimator / Project Manager to prepare accurate estimates and oversee commercial print, large format graphics, signage, environmental graphics, and branded environment projects from concept to delivery and installation.

You will liaise between sales, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are on time and within budget, applying print production knowledge across estimating, scheduling, materials, and finishing.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have print CSR experience.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial printing, large format graphics, signage, environmental graphics, direct mail, packaging, or print manufacturing.
• Experience with coordinating multiple print projects in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for commercial printing, large format graphics, signage, displays, environmental branding, and related services.
• Coordinate projects from order entry through final production, fulfillment, delivery, and installation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, production timelines, and installation plans.
• Create and manage job tickets, work orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate workflow between prepress, print production, finishing, fabrication, and installation teams.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, installers, vendors, freight, and material deliveries as needed.
