The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent) and 3–5 years in construction estimating, preferably in energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably energy/oil & gas.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project documents.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid, B2W) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for energy construction projects (pipelines, facilities, infrastructure).
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals to estimate time, cost, materials, and labor.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders on scope and requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers; negotiate favorable terms.
