Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in preconstruction/estimating on commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge in civil/site construction, foundation and structural systems.
• Strong computer skills including the ability to use word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction document estimates and solicit subcontractor bids.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for all project documents.
• Develop clarifications and assumptions with the project management team.
