You will work alongside experienced leadership and coordinate with subcontractors, project management, and field teams, ensuring constructability and timely delivery from preconstruction through to construction.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–7 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience in estimating, preconstruction, project engineering, or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support estimating and preconstruction from early planning through award.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor solicitation, and bid analysis.
• Support preconstruction and delivery of a ~$30M institutional project.
• Transition into on-site project engineering as construction begins.
