Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates across design and construction phases.
• Develop trade-specific scopes of work and bid packages.
• Mentor and support Junior Estimators in their tasks.

Skills

Strong understanding of construction methods

Proficiency in estimating software

Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
