Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 1 year or more of related work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computing.

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with review of proposal selections and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of the estimate.
• Assist with scope of work process and compliance for all subcontractors.
• Perform quantity takeoffs per plans and specifications.
• Review and understand plans and specifications for each project assigned.
• Carry out estimating project approach and implement quality control measures for accuracy and completeness.
