This individual will be involved in the entire process, from bid preparation through project closeout, ensuring accurate estimates and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in construction estimating and/or project management, with strong financial and analytical skills necessary to succeed in this environment. Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction estimating and/or project management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills related to budgeting, estimating, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the entire process—from bid preparation through project closeout.
• Ensure that estimates are accurate and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
