A leading engineering firm in Houston is looking for an Estimator with at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3 years of project estimating experience. Responsibilities include developing cost estimates for pipeline projects, working with engineering documents, and managing schedules. Qualifications

• 3 years of direct project estimating experience required.
• Ability to work independently or in groups and make quick decisions.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop factored and bottoms up FEL 1, 2 and 3 estimates.
• Review RFP and engineering documents for gaps.
• Support subcontractor pre-qualification and bid reviews.
