This role supports a commercial office construction division in Chicago. The successful candidate will work on fast-paced, design-driven office projects and focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

One of Chicago's largest and most reputable general contractors. Work on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial office projects.
• Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to align budgets with design intent.
• Track market pricing and maintain cost databases.
• Assist in value engineering and bid strategy development.

Profile

• 3-5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Familiarity with office buildouts, tenant improvements, and ground-up commercial projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Offer
