Job summary

MPI, a Chicagoland general contractor, is seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction efforts and help secure projects across healthcare, higher education, multifamily, institutional and corporate interior markets.

You will develop conceptual and detailed estimates, analyze plans, solicit pricing, perform quantity takeoffs, and participate in value engineering and bid submissions while collaborating with operations during transitions. Hybrid work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Ground up project experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
