Job summary

EGR CASEWORK | MILLWORK in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. This role blends precise technical estimating with relationship-driven business development. You will help determine which opportunities to pursue and build client relationships that support our growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and values accuracy. Millwork experience helps but is not required.

Qualifications

Passion and drive for growth.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple bids.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret architectural plans to develop accurate cost estimates.
Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs using Estimating software.
Review bid documents for scope and constructability before submitting estimates.
Meet bid deadlines with complete, well-documented submittals.
Maintain bid calendar and support revenue goals with the team.
Identify projects that fit company capabilities and priorities.
Document all bids and communications in company systems.
