A leading company specialized in construction and remediation services is seeking an Estimator. The role requires managing project scopes, accurate bids, and effective customer relations. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience with expertise in Xactimate software. Normal working hours are full-time, with occasional overtime and local travel required.
The Estimator is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to successfully secure, obtain, bid, and price both construction and mitigation / remediation projects. This role involves ensuring accurate scopes of work, timely delivery of consistent and complete estimates, and maintaining a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, and resource providers.

This is a position occasionally working in an office environment; however, frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Occasional jobsite activities may involve occasionally lifting 50 pounds independently, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing / pulling / lifting / carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.
While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and job sites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
VI. Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm, Monday-Friday, 45 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, and on call as needed to meet the needs of our customers. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
