Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the building construction industry.
• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints to develop material lists and cost estimates.
• Review drawings to resolve errors with Project Manager.
• Determine linear and square footage for structures.
