This role involves collaborating with sales, clients, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient project outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have an associate degree in construction technology and 2-3 years of experience in the building construction industry.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of experience within the building construction industry.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• One to two years related Windows experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and develop a materials list.
• Compute cost factors for bids and vendor selection.
• Maintain up-to-date pricing data and resolve issues with clients.
