SERVPRO of Northwest Dallas Estimator - Job File Audits

Estimator position available. Must have XACTIMATE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE TO APPLY. Experience with Symbility software and property reconstruction estimates is required. Our client seeks someone with structural experience, strong knowledge of the mitigation process, and reconstruction expertise. Candidates must have experience in the INSURANCE industry. Primary Responsibilities

• Complete internal job file quality reviews
• Prepare estimates and billing invoices
• Perform office administrative duties such as preparing emails and written correspondence
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Assist other departments as needed

Position Requirements

• 2+ years of estimating rebuild construction estimates
• Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling is a plus
• Experience in the service industry is a plus
• Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online accounting software
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
• Minimum of HSD/GED
• Able to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law

Hours

• 40 hours/week, with flexibility for overtime/weekends when required
• Hours vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience. TBD.
