Job summary

B&F Contracting, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a seasoned Dry Utility Estimator to participate in conceptual development and oversee estimates, bids, and scheduling for construction projects.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience in project budget creation
• Experience in scheduling, forecasting, submittals, and job meetings
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word as well as experience with estimating software (InEight, Bid2Win, or similar)
• College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Must have valid AZ driver license with favorable driving record
