Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience in construction, preferably with Division 10 or interior specialties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Division 10 scopes.
• Review architectural drawings and bid documents.
• Solicit, review, and level vendor and subcontractor pricing.
