Job summary

RK Industries in Denver’s Central Park area seeks an Estimator to develop accurate, competitive trade estimates and assemble bid tabs, collaborating with sales, preconstruction, and field teams to shape project strategy. You’ll analyze plans, perform takeoffs for material, labor, and equipment, pursue value engineering, and support turnover to operations in a fast-paced in-house fabrication environment.

Salary range is $90,000-$108,000/year with opportunities for growth within RK’s diversified

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the estimation process.
• Experience with bid tabs, quotes, and vendor coordination.
• College/University degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Construction estimating experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate trade‑specific estimates.
• Assemble Bid Tab with estimates and vendor/sub quotes.
• Coordinate and clarify scope internally and externally.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and fill in minor design/score gaps.
• File electronic documents and maintain organized records.
• Participate in turnover process to Operations and liaise with Field teams.
