Job Title: Estimator

Path Construction seeks a qualified Estimator to join our Arlington Heights, IL office. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with multiple offices across the country and ongoing projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

1. Estimating and quantity take-offs
2. Preparing and managing bid packages
3. Subcontractor/bid procurement
4. Managing RFI during bid periods
5. Cost control and scheduling
6. Maintaining subcontractor relations
7. Managing P&L and ensuring high-quality bid analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
• 3-5+ years of estimating experience
• Self-perform experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project)
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
