Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and bid documents.
• Experience estimating commercial new construction and/or re-roofing projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects from plans, specifications and site visits.
• Complete accurate take-offs and develop competitive bid proposals.
• Build pricing using labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor quotations.
• Work directly with Project Managers, Sales teams and General Contractors throughout the bid process.
• Maintain historical cost data to improve future estimating accuracy.
