Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents for estimates.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit detailed project estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on scope and costs.
• Maintain organized bid and project records.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions.
• Assist with value engineering to find cost-saving solutions.
• Monitor project budgets and improve bidding accuracy.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in commercial projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
