Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Estimator to join our Honolulu, Hawaii team. The role covers detailed take-offs, cost estimating, bid development, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.

The candidate will learn company estimating systems, apply PM alignment, and support multiple estimates across civil and structural projects with a hybrid work model. Travel to pre-bids may be required; excellent communication, organization, and federal cost estimating experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage estimates and supporting team.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop strategies and plans.
• Coordinate bid tabulations and evaluate cost data.
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors during proposals.
