• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to travel periodically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Accubid Anywhere and LiveCount Cloud software.
• Strong computer skills with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Ability to use internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively.

Primary Role

An Estimator is responsible for cost calculations to determine how much it will cost a company to complete a project or provide products and services to its clients. They do this by researching the costs of the materials, transport, labor, and equipment. This position reports to the Estimation Manager and takes direction from and provides support to the Estimation Manager in the Lexington office.
