Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Estimator in Katy, TX to develop accurate cost estimates for base life support and remote site operations.

The role emphasizes building bottoms-up pricing models that align with client requirements and real-world execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in estimating or related fields, strong cost modeling and Excel skills, and experience in service-based, remote environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in estimating, proposal support, operations support, pricing, or technical solution development.
• Experience in base life support, workforce housing, camp operations, remote site support, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to translate statements of work and inputs into discrete cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and services.
• Build BOE packages with pricing methodology and assumptions.
• Support CONOPS and technical approaches aligning pricing with execution.
• Document assumptions, exclusions, and qualifications for pricing."
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and leadership to reflect field execution in estimates.
