Job summary

Neighborly Company and its affiliates in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Estimator to join the restoration team. You will write repair and mitigation estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, and T&M, and coordinate with clients, vendors, insurance, and field staff throughout the process.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage accounts receivable and schedule services.

Qualifications

• Valid driver9s license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to wear respiratory and other PPE.
• Willingness to work after hours and rotation for emergency calls.
• Experience with Xactimate, Symbility and T&M estimating; familiarity with Adobe, Word and Excel.
• Exceptional customer service, empathy and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort using tech for documenting jobs.
• Team player with a positive, resilient attitude.

As an Estimator, you will be a key component of the team responsible for creating systems, implementing procedures, holding the team accountable, and reporting daily and weekly updates.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from clients, vendors, insurance companies, and field staff.
• Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process.
• Assist with scheduling of services with staff, customers, and insurance.
• Write repair and mitigation estimates in Xactimate, Symbility, and T&M.
• Handle accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices and collections.
• Follow up on estimate approvals.
• Perform clerical duties as required, including customer and job data entry into proprietary software.
• Run weekly job progress meetings to ensure Fusion is updated.
