Job summary

gpac is seeking a skilled estimator in Ohio to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preference given to candidates with diverse commercial experience, especially in student housing, hospitals, and hotels.

Proficiency with Sage and On-Screen Take Off is required. The role requires 3–15 years of experience in commercial construction estimating; gpac offers a very competitive pay structure and a strong benefits package.
