Responsibilities include quantity take-offs, subcontractor coordination, bid submissions, budgeting, and supporting change orders.

Our Corporate Office (Tulsa, Oklahoma) is currently seeking an Estimator to join our preconstruction and estimating staff. This position will office in one of Manhattan’s division offices (Tulsa, OK, Oklahoma City, OK, or Springdale, AR). Qualified candidates will possess the following:
As an estimator, you will perform a variety of estimating and preconstruction duties; including but not limited to developing detailed cost estimates and procuring work for heavy civil construction projects. The estimator will also prepare budgets from cost estimates and participate in the preparation of purchase orders and subcontracts.
