Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass has a long track record of delivering high-quality collision and glass repair services. This role supports documentation, customer guidance through repairs, and adherence to insurance and operational standards.

You will engage with customers, participate in daily production walks, and collaborate with a team focused on safety and service excellence. Training and full-time hours are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers and basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Adhere to insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by the Store Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily \"production walks\" with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
