Penske-Automotive-Collision-A in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Estimator to accurately evaluate vehicle damage and determine repair costs for insurance claim settlements. You will inspect vehicles, estimate labor and parts, and prepare insurance forms with recommendations.
The role requires communication with insurers, customers, and dealership staff, plus adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines. This is a full-time position with standard dealership hours.
Summary/Objective
The Estimator is responsible for the accurate evaluation and appraisal of vehicle damage to determine cost of repair for insurance claim settlement.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Work evening, weekend and holiday hours as required.
Required Education and Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and two to three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one year's experience in retail automotive service.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.S or B.A) or equivalent; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
