Gerber Collision & Glass in Tennessee is seeking a customer-focused team member to document every interaction, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure timely and accurate information is shared with both customers and insurance partners.
You will participate in daily production walks, support team members, and uphold WOW standards for drop-offs, scheduling, and communication. A High School diploma and valid driver's license are required; I-CAR training is encouraged.
