SERVPRO of Friendswood - 12196 in Pearland, TX is seeking an Estimator to manage incoming leads from conversion to invoicing. You will work closely with Production to maintain a live work-in-progress board, audit daily documentation, and ensure estimates reflect the scope and photos provided by crews.

The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, adherence to program requirements, and collaboration with accounting for close-out activities. This is a full-time position in a busy restoration environment.

• Perform all job close-out activities, including coordination with the accounting team to ensure proper invoicing.
• Assist other departments, as needed.

ESTIMATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of an Estimator is to monitor incoming leads from conversion to active job status through completion of work and customer invoicing. The Estimator will work closely with Production to maintain an accurate work-in-progress board and audit daily documentation for all job files. The Estimator will also review the scope, create the estimate, and review the job file documentation to ensure all program requirements are met and all work performed is accurately invoiced.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon business needs.
