Job summary

Alice Rose in Manhattan, NY is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their healthcare construction team. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, review drawings and specs, and help develop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of work.

The role requires 5+ years in a GC setting, familiarity with healthcare projects, and experience managing estimates from concept through GMP. In-person, full-time position with a strong project pipeline in Manhattan.

• Experience with estimating software and takeoffs.

Project Estimator – Healthcare Construction

Location: Manhattan, New York

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are working with a well-established General Contractor in Manhattan specializing in healthcare residential construction. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Develop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of work
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
• Identify scope gaps and provide cost analysis
• Support preconstruction and value engineering efforts
• Collaborate with project management and leadership teams
