Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience developing electrical, mechanical, and/or civil cost estimates for transmission and/or substation projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of the engineering, design, and construction of substations and transmission facilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative teamwork approach.
• Proficiency with standard office suites, project management software, and estimating computer applications/databases.
