Project Scope

• Diverse commercial: Hospitality, K-12, churches, senior living, light industrial
• Projects typically range up to $50M (largest completed: $100M)

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Lead preconstruction efforts from budgeting to GMP
• Develop detailed cost estimates across multiple scopes
• Work closely with clients, architects, and subs during early design
