Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or minimum 3 years of estimating experience.
• Experience reviewing bid packages and takeoffs.
• Knowledge of civil construction, earthwork, site development.
• Proficiency with estimating software and data management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction, earthwork, and sports facility projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze project specifications.
• Review plans, drawings, and bid documents.
• Develop pricing and proposals for commercial construction opportunities.
• Research project requirements and scope details.
• Maintain and update estimating data within Sage and Procore.
• Support preconstruction meetings and bid presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and company leadership throughout the estimating process.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join a growing construction organization specializing in athletic facilities, sports fields, golf course development, and large-scale earthwork projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from $1M to $12M across the United States, supporting both preconstruction and bid development efforts.

Whether you're a recent graduate with a construction-related degree or an experienced estimator with a civil construction background, this position provides outstanding mentorship, career growth, and exposure to unique projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction, earthwork, and sports facility projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze project specifications
• Review plans, drawings, and bid documents
• Develop pricing and proposals for commercial construction opportunities
• Research project requirements and scope details

Travel:
