Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) preferred.
• Previous estimator experience preferred.
• Forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Skilled in Timberline, HCSS HeavyBid.
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect necessary documentation such as plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Determine the key variables for cost and conduct research to determine expected labor and materials costs.
