Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in commercial/industrial roofing, seeks an entry-level Estimator to support Sales Representatives on the greater Hawaiian islands, including Honolulu. This role involves field visits to assess roofs, measure areas, and estimate material and labor needs for proposals.

The ideal candidate has construction or roofing experience, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, bid estimating software), a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to train in roofing

Qualifications

• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software.
• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred, but will train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof.
• Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers.
• Assist in marketing for new accounts.

This position pays $75k - $85k,plus premier benefits.

Job Summary:

• Travel to customers’ locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers

Candidate Requirements:

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, EPDM, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
