Job summary

ANF Group in Florida is seeking an Estimator to prepare complete estimates for all project phases, collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to plan cost factors. This role focuses on accuracy and timely bid submissions for building projects.

You will analyze construction documents, specifications, proposals to forecast time, cost and labor, and you will read contracts and drawings to ensure alignment with project scopes.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year postsecondary degree in a related field (building science, construction management, civil engineering).
• At least five years estimating experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, iSqFt, SmartBid, On-Screen Takeoff.

The Estimator is responsible for the preparation of complete and accurate estimates for each phase of the project’s design. This position works with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors/suppliers to plan cost factors for building projects. This position analyzes construction documents, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
