Qualifications

• Detailed takeoffs and competitive bids.
• Read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Experience with labor and material pricing, scope review, and bid preparation.
• Minimum 4–6 years of estimating experience.
• Experience with drywall estimating/takeoff software preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in this or a similar estimating role
• Experience with drywall estimating/takeoff software preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
