Job summary

Entrusted is hiring an Estimating Specialist to write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using industry software. You’ll work closely with Mitigation Leads, Pre-Construction Consultants, and Project Support Leads to translate field documentation into accurate, profitable estimates and keep every job moving toward resolution for clients.

In this full-time, in-person role based in Jupiter, FL, prior estimating experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 60 words per minute or faster.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and teachable attitude.
• Positive, can-do attitude under high-volume periods.
• Team-oriented with collaborative problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven work.
• General administrative or construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using estimating software.
• Operate Xactimate and Symbility to produce accurate invoices and estimates.
• Compile and organize all documentation for each loss (photos, invoices, checklists, reports).
• Follow invoicing terms and conditions negotiated with partners.
• Support denial and insurance negotiation processes as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates.

Entrusted is hiring an Estimating Specialist to write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using industry software. You'll work closely with Mitigation Leads, Pre-Construction Consultants, and Project Support Leads to turn field documentation into accurate, profitable estimates, keeping every job moving toward resolution for our clients. Prior experience in estimating is not a requirement for this role.

Full-Time | In-Person Position

Jupiter, FL

$20 - $26 per Hour

Responsibilities

• Write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates efficiently using industry estimating software
• Operate Xactimate and Symbility to interpret documentation and produce accurate invoices and estimates
• Compile and organize all documentation required for each loss, including photos, invoices, checklists, and reports
• Follow partnership-specific invoicing terms and conditions
• Support the denial and insurance negotiation process as needed
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings and provide updates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mitigation and rebuild processes
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications
