Job summary

Entrusted is seeking an Estimating Specialist in Jupiter, FL for a full-time, in-person role. You will write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using industry software, collaborating with Leads and Consultants to turn field data into precise, profitable estimates.

No prior estimating experience is required, but a strong work ethic and team orientation are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Team player who works well with others to solve problems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
• Valid driver's license with an approved driving record.
• General administrative or construction experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates efficiently using industry estimating software
• Operate Xactimate and Symbility to interpret documentation and produce accurate invoices and estimates
• Compile and organize all documentation required for each loss, including photos, invoices, checklists, and reports
• Follow partnership-specific invoicing terms and conditions
• Support the denial and insurance negotiation process as needed
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings and provide updates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mitigation and rebuild processes
• Other duties may be assigned

$20 - $26 per Hour

Join Our Growing Team

Entrusted is hiring an Estimating Specialist to write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using industry software. You'll work closely with Mitigation Leads, Pre-Construction Consultants, and Project Support Leads to turn field documentation into accurate, profitable estimates, keeping every job moving toward resolution for our clients. Prior experience in estimating is not a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Write mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates efficiently using industry estimating software
• Operate Xactimate and Symbility to interpret documentation and produce accurate invoices and estimates
• Compile and organize all documentation required for each loss, including photos, invoices, checklists, and reports
