Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in mechanical estimation for complex industrial projects.
• Experience with hard-bid and negotiated estimates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Ability to lead a team and set priorities.
• Understanding Bell policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all estimating activities.
• Prepare bid forms and RFPs.
• Coordinate bid team with regional offices.
• Establish wage rates and general conditions.
• Ensure on-time bid submissions.
• Turnover estimating data to project team.
