Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Regional Estimating Manager to lead a regional team of estimators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in bid development for complex glazing projects. You will evaluate bid specs and drawings, collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Project Management, and drive efficient, profitable bidding processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, market pricing insights, and a commitment to high-quality customer outcomes across multiple facilities and markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating or project management within glass, glazing, or construction fields.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs with precision.
• Strong math and geometry skills, plus proficiency in estimating software tools.

What You’ll Get to Do

As the Regional Estimating Manager, you’ll lead and support a talented estimating team that helps shape the skylines and environments where people live, learn, and work. You’ll oversee all estimators within your region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in every customer interaction and project bid.
