• Ability to learn estimating processes and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing takeoff
• Collect data requested by the Estimating team
• Assist the Senior Estimating Analyst with variance and budget audits
• Assist with running reports and formatting templates to analyze data
• Analyze variances and budgets to identify cost trends outside established tolerances
• Review blueprints and takeoff to collect data for future reporting
• Create, organize, and maintain spreadsheets for data collection
• Review takeoff to identify items and quantities outside typical usage
• Coordinate with the Estimating team to update takeoff as needed
• Complete special projects as requested
