The Estimating Engineer assists the Estimating Department in developing accurate, timely, and detailed cost estimates for large, complex heavy civil and mechanical construction projects, including bid-build, design-build, CM/GC, PPP, and EPC projects. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, budgets, schedules, managing risks, and independently determining quantities, scopes, and quotes. The role requires meeting deadlines and working independently or as part of a team.
