Job summary

RBC AeroComponents, a division of RBC Bearings, seeks an Estimator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will review quote requests, source materials, and generate accurate estimates with cost and lead times, while developing part routings in collaboration with purchasing and manufacturing.

The role requires interpreting blueprints, strong Excel, and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation is offered.

What You’ll Do

• Review and organize customer quote requests.
• Source and quote out materials and outside processes.
• Provide completed estimates with cost and lead times.

• Work with other departments including purchasing and manufacturing.
• Prioritize safety for yourself and others.
• Collaborate in a team environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Understanding of MRP or ERP systems.
• Professional relationship‑building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years working in an estimating position.
