EPI Power is hiring an Estimating Director to join our growing team. This role provides leadership and direction to the entire Estimating department by providing oversight on preconstruction efforts on all projects and strategic direction for the future. The position is charged with making assignments and developing staff to meet the needs of the business. The Estimating Director position is based in Des Moines, IA and is fully on-site. We are seeking candidates who currently reside in the area or are open to relocating. Remote work is not available for this role.
