• Experience in residential remodeling sales and design-build consulting.
• Strong understanding of home construction, materials, and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently guide homeowners.
• Outgoing, client-focused personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in estimating and creating project proposals.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Selections & Design Consultant, you will serve as the face of Swank Builders, working directly with homeowners to design, estimate, and guide remodeling projects. This role requires a balance of design expertise, customer service, and sales ability to deliver solutions that are both functional and aesthetically appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess remodeling needs, build rapport, and develop project plans
