The ideal candidate has 2+ years of office/administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office apps. Full‑time on‑site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview

At Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG), we are currently seeking a driven, detail‑savvy, and customer‑focused Estimating Administrator to join our growing team. As a key support partner to our estimating department, you’ll be at the center of the action, organizing bid packages, coordinating timelines, and ensuring every estimate is accurate, professional, and submitted on time. You won’t just be supporting the team, you’ll be helping to win business, build relationships, and drive success from the ground up.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Administration & Financial Tasks
  • Perform weekly invoicing for outgoing material shipments to customers
  • Submit credit card receipts for approval using Concur expense management software
• Front Desk & Communication Support
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate associate
  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or area
  • Provide general information to callers, including company locations, website, and other relevant details
• Mail & Shipping Coordination
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare shipping labels and coordinate pickups for express services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Miscellaneous
  • Support our values in the stand areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of office/administrative experience
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Teamwork oriented attitude
• Detail oriented and ability to multi‑task
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be efficient, organized, and resourceful
• Must be proactive and have the ability to work independently
• Proficient knowledge of basic software applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
